Twisted Whey-Wheat Rolls.

Remember this post about the homemade Ricotta?
I was left with about 12 cups of fresh whey and I didn't just want to pour it down the drain. So I set some back to make this delicious recipe for rolls. So so yummy and worth the time and effort.

Once they are twisted, coil them into a roll while tucking the ends under. Don't they look delicious already? Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet and let rise for about 30 minutes; until doubled in size.

Mix together 1 egg and 2 tbs of milk to use as a glaze or wash over the rolls.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until just brown at 400 degrees.
